During my internship at Sifted, I helped write the questions for a survey to find out how eco-friendly shipping and packaging practices impact online buying decisions. After gathering and analyzing the results, I authored this report. The report was published on the Sifted site, and I always pitched coverage of our findings to a list of nearly 50 media targets.

During my media relations internship with Sifted, I had the idea to target sustainable packaging manufacturers with an "ego-bait" tactic. I researched innovators in the sustainable packaging space and authored this blog. I then shared it with the featured companies in hopes they'd reference it somewhere on their website. I also created social media posts promoting the blog.

I created this video to promote haircuts for Midwest Barber College. I didn't shoot every clip myself, but was responsible for the ideation and editing. This is one of my most creative works to date.
